A WhatsApp group will be created with me, You and anyone of your choosing for support.
Help you and your partner prepare mentally and physically for the birth.
On call 24/7 from 38 to 42 weeks (flexible depending on circumstances).
Personalised labour support for you and your partner at home or in hospital for the duration of the birth.
2 x 2 hours postnatal visits.
Holding space for you and your partner to talk though the birth.
Support and assist you with your feeding choice.

With a £275 non refundable deposit.

POSTNATAL PACKAGE
Initial phone call or FaceTime.
Hold space and talk thought your birth with you and your partner.
Provide evidence based information to help you and your partner on you parenting journey.
Support you and your partner with feeding in however you choose to feed.
Support with sleep.
Light help around the house (putting the hoover round / unloading or reloading dishwasher pick up bits here and there.
Little help with any other children and meal time.
Care for baby whilst you eat / take a shower / have a wee or take a nap.
Help with the ( is this normal ?) questions.

Hello my name is Amy and I am a qualified doula based in Cwmbran, South Wales. I achieved my qualifications through training with Nurturing birth; A Doula UK recognised company.
So let's get right into it and tell you a little bit about me. I have been with my husband for 20 years and married to him for 16 of those years. We have five beautiful children together; Two girls and three boys ages 17,15, 12,10 and 5. I gave birth to my first baby aged 19 and my last at 31. In recent times I have been a birth partner and support system for family and friends. I have seen multiple situations within the healthcare industry highlighting how things have changed or lacked over the years, In regards to what is or isn't offered to support pregnant women and their families prior to and following their babies being born.
I have always been fascinated with pregnancy, birth and motherhood. I firmly believe that every woman and her family deserve to be fully supported throughout the pregnancy, birth and during the postnatal stage. This allows you to have the help needed to rest and heal and as a result give you the best start for your parenthood journey. I am so passionate about what I do and pride myself on being a constant with all the emotional and physical support that you will need. I trust in every women’s ability to birth there baby and will stand with you and your family at all times providing evidence based information to aid any decisions you may need to make. I am armed with the tools to achieve the birth you desire and every effort will be made to ensure that your birth plans and wishes are respected.
